MINDFULNESS, SELF REFLECTION & CREATIVITY
In collaboration with meditation and yoga teacher Victoria Larsson (Swanmountain), I co-hosted and co-created a one-week creative retreat in the north of Sweden. The retreat brought together a small group of participants for an immersive experience centered on mindfulness, creativity, and conscious community. Each day began with meditation, yoga, and moments of silence, followed by guided creative workshops focused on exploration and personal expression. Throughout the week, participants developed their own Creative Playbook — a blank book that gradually evolved into a personal archive of creative writing exercises, reflections, and artistic explorations guided by me. The retreat offered a rare opportunity to slow down, disconnect from digital distractions, and reconnect with oneself and others. Evenings were dedicated to sauna sessions, shared vegetarian meals, and meaningful conversations. By combining structured creative guidance with space for rest and reflection, the retreat fostered a supportive environment for sustainable inspiration and personal growth.
